Palcohol is a powder that when mixed with six ounces of water turns into a standard shot of alcohol. It has been approved for sale in the United States but has already been banned from Vermont and Virginia. There are four different flavors, vodka, rum, cosmopolitan and a margarita flavor called Powderita.
